- "Slot" refers to the subscription package providing access to ZeeLance services.
- "Merchant" means any user operating a store through the ZeeLance platform.
- "Buyer" means any user purchasing goods/services from Merchants.
- "Content" includes all text, images, videos, and other materials uploaded to the platform.
- "Third-Party Services" refers to payment processors, hosting providers, and other external services integrated with ZeeLance.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
2.2 Account Types
- General Accounts: User account that needs slot purchase to create Website / store
- Affiliate Accounts: For users participating in our referral program
2.3 Security Obligations
You agree to:
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access
- Use two-factor authentication where available
- Ensure all account information remains current and accurate
Note: ZeeLance will never ask for your password via email or phone. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Services Overview

ZeeLance provides:

- Website building capabilities
- Inventory and order management systems
- Basic POS functionality
- Customer relationship management features
- Payment gateway integration (via third parties)
- Hosting services for merchant stores
3.2 What We Don't Provide
ZeeLance does not:
- Process or store payment card details
- Act as intermediary in buyer-seller transactions
- Guarantee product availability or merchant performance
- Handle shipping, returns, or product quality assurance
- Provide legal or tax advice regarding e-commerce operations
Important Disclaimers
ZeeLance serves solely as a technology platform:
- We are not a party to transactions between buyers and merchants
- All product listings and transactions are the sole responsibility of the merchant
- We do not pre-screen or verify merchant products/services
4. Slot Purchases and Payments
4.1 Slot Types
ZeeLance offers various slot packages with different:
- Duration options (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Included features (products, team accounts, etc.)
- Pricing tiers based on included resources
4.2 Payment Terms
- All slot fees are prepaid and non-refundable except as required by law
- Automatic renewals occur unless canceled before the renewal date
- We may change prices with 7 days notice to existing customers
- Taxes are not included unless specified
4.3 Wallet System
ZeeLance provides an optional wallet for:
- Storing funds for slot renewals
- Paying for additional services/features
- Facilitating affiliate payouts
Wallet top-ups via token generation on ZeeLance paltform which are either processed through Safepay (Pvt) Limited or any other 3rd party and are non-refundable.
4.4 Third-Party Payment Processors
For merchant transactions:
- Merchants must select and integrate their own payment processors
- ZeeLance does not mediate payment disputes between buyers/sellers
- All transaction fees are the responsibility of the merchant
- Chargeback policies are set by the merchant's payment processor
No Refund Policy: Slot purchases and wallet top-ups are final. We do not provide refunds except where required by applicable law. Service interruptions do not warrant refunds unless exceeding 7 days hours.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
5.1 Store Operations
As a merchant, you agree to:
- Accurately represent your products/services
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Handle all customer service inquiries
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain appropriate business licenses/permits
5.2 Product Listings
You must ensure all product listings:
- Contain accurate descriptions and images
- Clearly state pricing, availability, and shipping terms
- Comply with intellectual property laws
- Do not violate our Prohibited Items policy (Section 6)
5.3 Tax Collection
Merchants are solely responsible for:
- Determining applicable taxes
- Collecting and remitting taxes to proper authorities
- Providing tax invoices where required
- Managing tax exemptions
5.4 Shipping and Fulfillment
Merchants must:
- Clearly communicate shipping policies
- Provide accurate shipping costs and delivery estimates
- Handle all returns and exchanges
- Resolve shipping-related disputes
Independent Business Relationship
Merchants operate as independent businesses:
- ZeeLance does not employ merchants or control their operations
- Merchants set their own prices, policies, and terms
- All merchant-buyer relationships are separate from ZeeLance
6. Prohibited Conduct
6.1 General Prohibitions
You may not use our platform to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or engage in hacking
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harass, threaten, or defame others
- Circumvent platform security measures
6.2 Restricted Items
While merchants generally control their inventory, we prohibit:
- Illegal drugs and paraphernalia
- Weapons and ammunition
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Stolen property
- Items promoting hate/violence
- Regulated items without proper documentation
- Adult content without proper age verification
6.3 Payment Restrictions
Prohibited payment-related activities include:
- Money laundering
- Fraudulent chargebacks
- Transaction structuring to avoid reporting
- Unlicensed money transmission
- Circumventing payment processor rules
Enforcement: We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action against violations. Merchants are solely liable for any illegal products/services offered through their stores.
7. Affiliate Program Terms
7.1 Program Overview
The ZeeLance Affiliate Program provides:
- 50% commission on first-time slot purchases by referrals
- 10% recurring commission on referral renewals
- Marketing materials and tracking tools
- 7 days payouts to verified wallet accounts
7.2 Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Have an active ZeeLance account in good standing
- Comply with all applicable marketing laws
- Not engage in prohibited promotion methods
- Be at least 18 years old
7.3 Prohibited Promotion Methods
Affiliates may not:
- Use spam or unsolicited communications
- Misrepresent the ZeeLance platform
- Create fake accounts or self-refer
- Bid on ZeeLance trademarked terms for paid search
- Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tactics
- Use malware or forced redirects
7.4 Commission Payments
Commissions are:
- Paid monthly to your ZeeLance wallet
- Subject to a 7-day waiting period for fraud prevention
- Only paid on cleared transactions
- Voided if the original sale is refunded
Important: We may modify the affiliate program terms with 7 days notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
8. Intellectual Property

ZeeLance owns all rights to:

- Our trademarks, logos, and branding
- Proprietary systems and methodologies
- Aggregate usage data and analytics
8.2 Merchant Content
Merchants retain ownership of their:
- Product listings and descriptions
- Store designs and branding
- Original images and marketing materials
- Customer data collected through their store
8.3 Licenses
By using our platform, you grant ZeeLance:
- A worldwide license to host and display your content
- Permission to use anonymized data for analytics
- Right to use your branding in marketing materials
8.4 Copyright Complaints
We comply with DMCA and similar copyright laws:
- Submit infringement notices to our designated agent
- We will remove infringing content when properly notified
- Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated
Note: ZeeLance does not mediate intellectual property disputes between merchants and third parties. Such disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
9. Service Availability and Limitations
9.1 Uptime Commitment
We strive for 99% monthly uptime, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service outages
- Merchant-caused issues
9.2 Support Services
ZeeLance provides:
- 24/7 technical support for platform issues
- Documentation and knowledge base resources
- Step-by-step video tutorial available on YouTube for guidance
We do not provide:
- Merchant business operation support
- Payment processor troubleshooting
- Legal or tax advice: ZeeLance software can properly calculate taxes if your store is configured correctly. However, ZeeLance does not collect taxes on your behalf — the merchant is solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes to the respective government.
9.3 Service Modifications
We may:
- Update or modify features at any time
- Discontinue services with 3 day notice
- Impose usage limits to ensure system stability
No Guarantees: While we strive for excellent service, ZeeLance cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination and Suspension
10.1 By You
You may close your account at any time by:
- You may delete or reset your slot within the subscription period.
- Deleting or resetting a slot will permanently remove all connected data, products, content, and other information from the website.
Note: Slot fees are non-refundable upon cancellation/deletion.
10.2 By ZeeLance
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Platform abuse or excessive resource usage
- Security threats or suspicious behavior
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the platform ceases immediately
- Outstanding fees remain due
- We may delete or anonymize your data
- Merchants must fulfill pending orders
Appeals: If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse reinstatement.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
11.1 Service Disclaimers
ZeeLance disclaims all:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose
- Guarantees regarding merchant products/services
- Responsibility for third-party services
- Liability for consequential or incidental damages
11.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ZeeLance against:
- Claims arising from your use of the platform
- Merchant-buyer disputes
- Violations of laws or third-party rights
- Fraudulent or negligent activities
Jurisdictional Limitations: Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
